Know your Source
Our diet and nutrition data comes from the USDA's (United States department
of Agriculture) Nutrient Data Laboratory. We have used their latest data, which
is known as the Nutrient Database for Standard Reference, Release 15.
Finding your food
You can paste any of the foods in our database directly into your daily log!
You can even browse through the foods by category (such as cereals, meat,
vegetables), or do a word search to quickly find what you are looking for.
Unlimited Food
Don't worry if your food is not in our food database: you can easily type
in the information from the foods nutritional label! Add your favorite recipe
for calories, protein, fat content and other nutritional information.
Easy Data Entry
With the advanced data entry tools in Do-It!, you can just point and click to
add foods to your daily log. And if you usually eat the same foods for
breakfast, lunch, dinner, or snacks, you can easily copy entire meals from day
to day!
