Changing the Daily Log Display

The Daily Log display in Do-It! is very customizable.

It can be modified to suit different diets, and can be personalized to show things that you are interested in.

You can change the nutrients displayed, the graphs on the page, and your diet goals.

Displaying Nutrients
You can change the nutrients that are displayed (such as calories, carb grams, and vitamins). By clicking the drop down arrow to the right of the foods area:

This will bring up the Display Food Values window. From this window, just check the fields you want to see, uncheck the fields you don't want, then click the Save button.

Note:You can also get to this window by selecting the Tools tab, then clicking the Daily Log Settings button.

Changing the Daily Summary
The daily summary graphs (at the bottom left corner of the Daily Log) can be changed to reflect the five main types of diets.

To change these, select the drop down arrow at the top right corner of the daily graphs area:

Then select from the different types of diets:
Basic: A basic display that graphs calories, exercise and your energy balance (net calories for the day)
Calorie Counter: Displays the calories for the day, net gain or loss of calories, and the number of calories from fat, carbs, and protein.
Healthy Heart: Displays calories, and also the nutrients most related to heart health including fat grams, sodium, cholesterol, and fiber.
Points (Weight Watchers): Displays the number of points for the day, and also displays the components that make up points, which are calories, fat grams, and fiber.
